All About Your Fire&Spice Catering Chef

Welcome To Fire & Spice Catering, your one stop catering company. A little about the Chef, he grew up in the Seattle Area where he attended school and got all his cooking education. While attending cooking school he worked for some major hotels and restaurants such as Ramada and Madison hotels, and went on to work for Special Events Catering, a company that always did Microsoft’s Big Expo at the Seattle Kingdome. The chef then went to Mc Cormick and Schmicks as one of the cooks that opened their multi-million dollar kitchen at the Museum of Flight. He also had the chance to work for Gameworks & Planet Hollywood which are entertainment themed restaurants. The chef moved to North Carolina at the end 2001 where he became employed at Radisson Governors Inn. While working there he met the chef manager of a place called Carol Woods Retirement Community. He has been employed there full-time since spring of 2002, while working for himself as the chef of Fire & Spice Catering………
